Worlds Best Pimento Cheese Spread Serves 16
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 3oz pkg cream cheese softened
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 c. chopped flat leaf parsley
6 to 8 drops Tabasco sauce
1 2oz jar pimentos undrained
3c finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1c pecan chips

Combine mayo, cream cheese, garlic, parsley and Tabasco in a food processor or blender and process til smooth. Spoon into a medium bowl add the undrained pimentos, cheddar cheese and pecan chips. Mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours to overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve on sandwiches or on crackers for a snack. *

yes seasstar tobasco sauce is yummy. .i combine tobasco sauce. .mayo. .n ground black pepper together with tuna . .n finely chop up some green pepper into it. .excellent. .yummy sandwich filling *
