clean & cut celery stalk into 2inch pieces. Fill with peanut b*tter. Dot 3 or 4 rasins on top. (The ants) serve kids of all ages. May use apple slices also. *

Any kind of fruit juice. Put in ice cube trays freeze and put cubes in cup and give fork and let the children crush keeps them busy and healthy same time(forks depending age of child)common sense needed dont want children hurt with fork. Also washed frozen grapes are good *

Frozen Banana Pops
bananas peel, cut in half
insert popcicle stick into cut end of each banana half.
Wrap each one in clear plastic wrap or place all in a resealable plastic bag.
place in freezer. When frozen serve anytime for healthy delicious frozen treat.
